Occasionally self-inflicted
What works for one, won’t always work for another.
Inadequacy is easy to come by, feeling enough is the one to work for.
Dismissal can feel easier to entertain than the idea of acceptance…
Waiting for someone to give you a seat at their table only causes you more grief, you can't expect anyone to give you a seat, but you can make room for yourself at a table of your choosing.
Allow yourself the space to be ejected before you get rejected.
We accept the love, we think we deserve.
A poorly curated love will believe us to think we cannot be loved when the truth is, we don’t know any better to do better.
When you accept yourself, you accept that rejection can occur at any time.
Understanding where you wish to go, doesn’t deter you from the rooms that are waiting for you to stand in them.
Rejecting yourself from a room you think you don’t belong in, causes your self-ejection to influence even more rejection.
To allow for acceptance, you must reject an idea of being chosen or a lack thereof.
It’s okay to not be accepted, just as it’s empowering to feel rejected.
By all means eject me; it’s not where I go, but where I’d rather be.
It’s better to be alone, than in bad company.
Accept the consequences of being you with grace.
